I heard about it, that it is limited in the number of people that may live there. I was several times in India, all in all about 4 years or so, but I never made it to Pondicherry, unfortunately. Did you enjoy it? How long did you stay there? Is it Utopia?

Let´s assume, there would be a criminal person, living there, messing around. How would they deal with it? There are no guards and no forbidden areas. So it would be quite easy for malevolent ppl to exploit it, wouldn´t it?
