Spots of Time

kaIanus
My heart leaps up when I behold
a rainbow in the sky.
So was it when my life began;
So is it now I am a man;
So be it when I grow old,
Or let me die!
The Child is father of the man;
And I could wish my days to be
bound each to each by natural piety. - William Wordsworth

I recently have read Wordsworth's poem "My Heart leaps up". The narrator tells us about his experience he made in the moment when he has seen the rainbow in the sky. He wants to reminisce it in his whole life. It seems to me that the speaker depends on this memory. No question, It was a emotional moment for him which makes him feel pleasured. Therefore the memory is essential in times feeling bad or when you are got down. The critics (or Wordsworth?) call those special memory of a great event.
In my opionion nowadays life is a great job to do. Overseeing all particular elements in work or in school or, generally, in life is very difficult. Even sometimes you have big difficulties in managing the ordinary day! Then, remembering very positive moments of life may be a remedial support, or a remedy itself. What do you think about Spots of Time? Are these spots just a senseless imagination?
